Hey John,

I hope you've had a good week. The good news over here is my neck and my back are world's better. (No update on my p & my c.) The bad news is that because I can move again, my girlfriend is making me go to pilates again. I like pilates overall, except for the fact that I'm the only guy in the class, and the instructor plays only Taylor Swift, while saying things like "Arch your heels like you're wearing stilettos. Now pull the straps to your bra line." A touch emasculating, but it's cool.

I'm trying to lose a few pounds before taping my next hour special on Jan 20 in Philly. Please come if you like, get tix HERE. And my rehearsal shows have already begun. I'm trying to be as focused as I can. My new found wonder drug of Adderall is helping a lot. It helps me remember to do what I have to do. I just wish there was a pill I could take that would remind me to take the Adderall. Cuz I'm only poppin that little sucker one of every 4 or 5 days. But those days are so efficient, it makes up for the others. (Sorta.) I could use some help focusing to make sure I remember to focus. That said, I've been pretty good at getting this newsletter out most weeks. (I think.)

If you can't make it to Philly, there's still chances to see one of my rehearsal shows, in LA or in New Jersey. One of them is this week, Thursday at 8pm, at the incredible, state-of-the-art outdoor venue in Hollywood SUPERNOVA. It has become one of the hottest venues in town.
