Please, you cannot ignore this, John: New evidence has revealed that sitting GOP lawmakers hatched plans with the Trump White House to steal the election and subvert our democracy.

I've said from the beginning that I’m running for Senate because I’m terrified about losing our democracy – and this is exactly what I've been talking about: Politicians who are currently serving in Congress were knowingly and blatantly conspiring with Trump to overturn the results of the election! They failed a year ago, but our democracy is still in serious danger right now.

You see, just a year after his failed insurrection, Donald Trump has already kicked off his comeback tour. His eyes are set on 2024, but he knows that first he must take back Congress – and the path to a red Senate runs directly through Iowa. That's why he flew to Des Moines for a massive MAGA rally to endorse my far-right opponent and his top ally, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R).

This is not a drill, John. Trump and his extremist allies are so obsessed with holding onto power that they are willing to disenfranchise voters and destroy our democracy to do it. Just look at Sen. Grassley, who recently defended Trump's attempts to use the Department of Justice to overturn the 2020 election results.

It's up to grassroots teams like ours to ensure that Trump doesn't take back the Senate and destroy our democracy. With Sen. Grassley facing record-low approval ratings, we have a real chance to flip this seat blue. But we need grassroots resources to do it.
