John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you:Who's warring against the Electoral College? ([link removed]
National Popular Vote is pushing an interstate compact to render the Electoral College irrelevant--all in the name of saving democracy. If this plan succeeds, it would end presidential elections as we know them. So far, Democratic-run states with about 195 electoral votes have joined the compact. The next stage of the campaign is apparently to use conservative front men in Republican-run states, as CRC's Hayden Ludwig reports here ([link removed] ([link removed] Street Journal condemns Zuck Bucks ([link removed]
The Wall Street Journal editorial board recently published an editorial on the dangers of "Zuckerbucks," based heavily on CRC research. The editorial board insisted, "even under the purest motives, private election funding is inappropriate and sows distrust." The environmental movement is spending more than a billion dollars a year to promote wind and solar energy, which are neither reliable nor environmentally friendly. They are also arguing against nuclear energy, the only viable option for dramatically reducing carbon emissions. CRC's Ken Braun exposes the hypocrisy of the environmental movement here ([link removed] in an Epoch Times article based on his 30-minute interview ([link removed] EpochTV.What's Congress doing to block foreign funding of elections? ([link removed]
In October, we reported on a disturbing trend of American lobbyists taking in millions of foreign dollars to influence elections, circumventing the law that forbids foreign funding of elections. Curiously, both sides of the political aisle are fighting to address foreign funding of elections--and warring over who gets there first. CRC's Sarah Lee finds cause for cautious optimism here ([link removed]

Auditing Equity
In this episode ([link removed] While conservatives chafe under the threat of censorship and "de-platforming" by Big Tech companies, liberals are pressuring Congress to push the left-wing industry even further left through "equity audits," which would assess how completely companies are aligning their practices with critical race theory.
Congress has been receptive, with Democrats proposing a bill to fine companies $20,000 each day if they do not have such an "equity audit" in any given two years. Joining us to discuss this proposal and the powers behind it is Santi Ruiz, reporter for the Washington Free Beacon.
