Hi John,
We sent an update yesterday regarding issues with ‘stale’ targeting data in Action Network. Thanks to the tireless work of our development team, we now have a workable solution that will allow you to target emails, reports, and mobile messages based on current data.
It is possible that we will run into further issues, and targeting may be slower than usual, but we will continue to monitor performance as we work with the AWS team towards a permanent fix in the coming weeks.
