Nicole Malliotakis didn’t just try to overturn the 2020 election. She also SUPPORTS voter suppression.

Earlier this year, she voted against legislation that would protect voting rights and restore portions of the Voting Rights Act around the country.

As state legislatures around the country pass pro-suppression laws aimed at restricting access to polling places, eliminating mail-in voting, and drawing partisan new Congressional maps, we simply can’t afford to let anti-American, anti-democracy legislators like Nicole stand in the way of our sacred right to vote.

That’s why we ALL need to support the Freedom to Vote Act, which is moving towards a vote in the Senate, to stop these pro-suppression laws, and STOP anti-democracy legislators like Nicole from silencing tens of millions of voices in the 2022 election.
