This morning, I followed through on my vow to sue Democrats for their radical new law that will allow non-citizens the right to vote.

As I promised, we will use every legal tool in our arsenal to protect the sanctity of citizen voting. The New York Republican Party, along with several of our New York City Republican elected officials filed a lawsuit to block this unconstitutional and un-American law.

Democrats could care less about our constitution and the rule of law--they will do anything to ram through their radical agenda. They are on a mission to eradicate all the lines between citizens and non-citizens.

That's why we are taking this fight to court. We've retained a top lawyer to help us win this battle, but we need your help.
