Governor congratulates NDSU football team on winning ninth FCS title

“Congratulations to the Bison players, coaches and the best fans in college football on a fantastic championship game and an incredible ninth national title in 11 years,” Burgum said. “Bison Nation showed up to win today, and the team left no doubt on the field in Frisco. Gov. Burgum will deliver his 2022 State of the State Address at 10 a.m. Jan. 19 in Festival Concert Hall at the Reineke Fine Arts Center at North Dakota State University in Fargo.
