Since Trump’s loss in the 2020 election, Republican legislators across the country have pushed forward new voting restrictions using the false narrative of "election integrity." “The Big Lie” has been used to pass laws that actually limit and threaten our democracy.

In fact, in 2021, 19 states passed 33 voter suppression laws, all aimed at regaining the Republican grip on power at the federal level. Republicans know they can’t win unless they cheat, and they are prepared to do anything to win.

It is clear that they are trying to undo all of the progress we have made in building a more inclusive, representative democracy… and if we don’t fight back they could be successful.

We will push back on voter suppression anywhere and everywhere it is advanced… After all, “Democracy” is in our name.

We will not sit back and wait to get involved… We will continue pushing as hard as we can to make sure that in 2022 Democrats make voting easier and more accessible for everyone.
