We are currently experiencing a bug related to targeting emails, mobile messages, and reports on Action Network. Targeting for emails, mobile messages, and reports is currently ‘frozen’ as of last night, the evening (Eastern Time) of Sunday, January 9th.
As an example, if someone subscribed to your list this morning, and you tried to send an email to your full list today, your new subscriber would not be targeted in that email.
Currently, you are only able to contact new subscribers on Action Network using Ladders. We recommend setting up a welcome series to contact your new subscribers, which you can do in just a few clicks using our built-in Ladder templates.

This bug was caused by our database host, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our amazing engineering team has been working with AWS around the clock to find a solution. In the meantime, please feel free to reply to this email or email us at [email protected] with any questions.
