Team Sands had a busy first week back on the trail after the holidays. Carla visited with farmers and ranchers at the Pennsylvania Farm Show on her own turf in Harrisburg over the weekend. She met with residents of Chester County and Delaware County to share how she will promote the America First agenda in Washington when elected. She connected with over 15,000 Pennsylvanians for a Telephone Townhall with House Speaker Newt Gingrich to share how she will put Pennsylvania First and answer questions from voters across the state. She also announced endorsements from Former Trump Ambassador to Croatia Robert Kohorst, Former Trump Ambassador to Hungary David Cornstein, and State Representative David Maloney.

Carla Sands
Ambassador Carla Sands announced her candidacy for U.S. Senate in July 2021. Carla is a mother, businesswoman, and conservative.

Carla grew up in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She went on to follow in her father and grandfather’s footsteps, as the third generation in her family to practice in their local chiropractic office.

President Trump called on Carla first to join his Economic Advisory Council and later to represent the United States as the Ambassador to Denmark.

During her tenure, Denmark increased its defense spending, while U.S. exports to the Kingdom of Denmark rose over 22% in one year, resulting in the creation of additional jobs right here at home. In January 2021, Carla received the Department of Defense’s highest civilian honor, the Medal for Distinguished Public Service, for her work to increase security in the Arctic region.
