This has the potential to be a big week for the Convention of States movement. 

At this moment, state legislators in Nebraska are heading into session to debate our Resolution on the floor of the Senate. 

Since Nebraska is a unicameral legislature, if this vote is successful we will have secured final passage in the state. 

This would make Nebraska the 16th state to join our movement to rein in the federal government with ironclad amendments. 

But the road to victory won’t be easy. We expect opposition in the legislature to do everything they can to railroad us, including filibustering for up to 8 hours today. 

We won’t go down without a fight. We’re launching critical calls-to-action to liberty-loving Americans in Nebraska to contact their state senators with the URGENT message to vote YES to COS.
