Texas Parents Say No to CRT [[link removed]]
More Data on a Parent’s Role in Education
The numbers speak for themselves. Data shows that 71% of voters believe parents should play a significant role in the curriculum development process. Among all voters, 85% believe parents should be allowed to see all curriculum, books, and other materials in classes their children are taking. Just 8% disagree.
Despite this widespread support for a parent’s involvement in their child’s education, the Biden administration has been relentless in its attempt to demonize parents. Biden's Department of Justice has threatened to target parents speaking up at school board meetings, likening them to domestic terrorists. Threatening and intimidating parents for speaking against a poisonous ideology is despicable and goes directly against our country's founding principles of free speech.
This type of anti-American targeting of concerned parents will not be tolerated in Texas. In Texas, we listened to parents and their concerns about their children being taught the poisonous ideas of CRT.
Texas parents made clear they want their children to learn how to think critically, not be indoctrinated by the destructive far-left narrative that America and our Constitution are rooted in racism.
We banned Critical Race Theory from being taught in our public schools. Other states like Florida and South Carolina are following our lead and are looking to introduce legislation that bans CRT from their schools.
I have thanked Senators Bryan Hughes and Brandon Creighton and Senate Republicans for passing this legislation in the regular session, and for passing an even stronger bill during the special session with Senate Bill 3. I also want to give a special thanks to Glynis Chester and Robbie Hull from the Texas Federation of Republican Women, and a big shout out to Pat Hardy from the State Board of Education, who I’m supporting for re-election. They made the bill better and rallied support for final passage. We have the best bill in the country because of their contribution.
Rest assured, Texas will always protect parents and ensure they continue to play a role in their children's education.

Frightening That Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor Would Grossly Misstate the Facts of COVID [[link removed]]
Anyone can mistake facts from time to time, but for a Supreme Court Justice who is going to have a vote on this significant issue to be so misinformed is unacceptable.
In Texas, we are turning conservative policy into conservative legislation. The Democrats are trying to defeat me at the ballot box because of this, and they will stop at nothing to defeat me in 2022. Can I count on your support of $5-10-25 or more to help me keep fighting? [[link removed]]

Your support will help our campaign champion conservative ideas across Texas. Because when conservatives win, Texas wins. May God bless you and your family, and may He continue to bless the greatest state of all—Texas.
Sincerely,
