YESTERDAY, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in our MASSIVE lawsuit against President Biden's unconstitutional power grab.

The Biden vaccine mandate is a threat to the Constitution and our liberty – and is an unworkable nightmare for both employers and employees alike.

Sen. Schumer is threatening to nuke the Senate rules to force through one of the most dangerous pieces of legislation we've ever seen to eviscerate the integrity of our elections.

House Speaker Pelosi and President Biden used to call it the "For the People Act" (HR1/S1); but it's really the FOR THE LEFT ACT.

It enshrines into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections – forcing states to mail out ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting – inviting fraud.

It takes the election process out of the states' control and centralizes it in Washington, D.C. – a direct violation of the Constitution.

And it would UNDO our victory against the Obama-Biden IRS and weaponize the IRS to once again target conservatives.

We're mobilizing to defeat it in the Senate and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But we need YOU.
