What have we seen as a result? The worst illegal immigration crisis in decades. Illegal immigrants have flooded across Texas’s border into the United States since Biden took office. Countless illegal immigrants have been released into the interior of the United States, the majority of which will never show up for a court date. And Joe Biden is doing nothing to stop it. Deadly drugs like fentanyl are also spilling across our borders uncontrollably as a result of this border crisis, killing Americans. Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death - surpassing COVID - for Americans between the ages of 18 and 45. We need to secure our border and shut down illegal immigration. We do this by re-implementing President Trump’s policies like the Remain in Mexico program, asylum cooperation agreements with the Northern Triangle countries, and basic enforcement of our immigration laws. We also need to impeach Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, for purposefully failing to do his job of securing our homeland. TIME TO RIP THE VACCINE MANDATE APART The Supreme Court is hearing arguments this week in the case against Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate. This case should be easy for the Supreme Court - this mandate is clearly an unconstitutional assault on our medical freedoms. Since Joe Biden implemented his unconstitutional vaccine mandate, I’ve fought back. I introduced the Prevent Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates for Interstate Commerce Act, which would prohibit the federal government from requiring proof of vaccination or the use of a vaccine passport to engage in interstate commerce. I pushed back on Department of Defense leadership punishing our service members who choose not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. And I helped introduce legislation for Congressional disapproval of Biden’s vaccine mandate, making clear that this mandate will have no force or effect. I will continue to fight back against this vaccine mandate until it is thrown into the trash heap of history where it belongs.
