Dear John,

 

As we set goals and resolutions for the new year, I wanted to reach out and ensure that working together to win in 2022 is a top priority. 

 

Yesterday, the first anniversary of a tragic day, filled many with sorrow and anguish. 

 

For me, it was a reminder of the work we need to put in, not only to address climate change, equitable and sustainable economic growth but fundamentally to preserve the health of our democracy.

 

That’s only the beginning. There is so much more work to do to provide safety, security and peace of mind to folks across eastern Connecticut, and nationwide.

 

I will continue to be your champion and to make sure our communities get the support they need. 

 

I am so thankful to have your continued support. Let’s get to work.
