NHPR: New Hampshire House passes GOP-backed redistricting plans
"If approved, the map would transform the 1st Congressional District, now represented by Democrat Chris Pappas, into a district with a Republican tilt."

Team,
At the start of 2021, the chair of the New Hampshire Republican party vowed to gerrymander Chris out of Congress. On Wednesday Republicans in the New Hampshire House made good on that promise by voting to pass newly gerrymandered maps which include a NH-01 drawn to put a Trump-supporting majority in the district.
New Hampshire Republicans have gone against 140 years of non-partisan maps in our state so they can make it easier for a right-wing Republican to win in our district.
There's no getting around the fact that if Governor Sununu signs these maps, winning our already competitive race will be more difficult.
Look, we can still win this tough race – but we need grassroots support to beat the odds. Will you chip in $10 or more to help us start 2022 in a strong position to reelect Chris despite Republican gerrymandering?
