It’s official, John: The new lines of VA-02 have been drawn, and I’m officially declaring my run for re-election.

Redistricting just made VA-02 a lot more competitive – going from an R+1 district to an R+3. That means our new district favors Republicans even more than before.

But I’m not letting this intimidate me – I’m going to stay focused on the issues that matter. Tackling climate change while creating desirable jobs for Coastal Virginians. Getting this pandemic under control and boosting our economy. Protecting and expanding voting rights for all Americans.
