It’s been one year since one of the darkest days for our democracy, when a violent mob of white nationalists attacked the U.S. Capitol on January 6th. They wanted to overturn the presidential election results for Donald Trump. Republicans across the country continue to spread the lie that the election was stolen from Trump.

We must hold these insurrectionists accountable, along with the government officials who incited and encouraged them.

Accountability starts with investigating and expelling the Republican members of Congress who incited the January 6, 2021 insurrection through their attempts to overturn the election.
