John,

We have a major announcement about the biggest case at an international court in ACLJ history.

Our brave men and women in the military could be in grave legal danger. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is considering a case that could lead to the prosecution of our soldiers for war crimes – over our American heroes’ fight in the war on terror in Afghanistan.

In less than a month, we will be presenting oral arguments through our European counterpart before the highest appellate chamber of judges of the ICC – essentially the ICC’s Supreme Court.

We will be making arguments in support of the interests of the U.S. military and our soldiers. This case could have massive ramifications; and because the U.S. has not joined the ICC, the U.S. government will not be presenting argument. We will be the only voice supporting our soldiers.

Our military defends our freedom every single day. Now it’s time for us to defend them.

As we take on our largest and most important oral argument before the ICC’s Supreme Court, we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. TODAY your gift will be DOUBLED through our November Matching Challenge. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40 in defense of our soldiers.

Have Your Gift DOUBLED to Defend Our Soldiers Before the ICC.
