John — One of our far-right opponents just announced that he hired former Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway as a top strategist. This development is important.

First, it’s yet another piece of evidence that Pennsylvania Republicans have fully embraced Trumpism as their governing philosophy — which means we absolutely cannot let them win full control of our state.

And second, Kellyanne Conway was the key operative who helped Trump pull off a narrow victory in Pennsylvania in 2016. She did that — and we need to take this seriously. As we’ve seen before, she won’t hesitate to weaponize misinformation, and do so very skillfully.
