Office of Planning applies to upzone part of Benning Road

Let it snow (again)

The region got more snow overnight into Friday morning, causing schools and the federal government to close. Virginia declared a state of emergency and urged people to stay off the roads to avoid a repeat of the I-95 shutdown in which drivers were stranded earlier this week.  (Dana Hedgpeth / Post)
