On Friday, January 7, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments from NFIB to place a stay on OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard vaccine mandate, which requires businesses with 100 or more employees to require that workers either receive the COVID-19 vaccine or undergo weekly testing and wear masks while at work.
