Today is an anniversary I never want to relive. 

 

I’ll do my best to avoid recaps of the shocking footage from the Capitol. I don’t want to be reminded that we came perilously close to a very different outcome. 

 

All I care about is that we, both individually and as a country, are doing to help make sure that it never happens again. I want to know that the elected officials who stirred up the violence that day don’t get off scot-free. 

 

This mission — taking on and defeating the worst members of the Sedition Caucus in Congress — is among the most important I’ve ever been part of. We’re investing in races that we can win, against opponents who deserve so badly to lose. 

 

Will you chip in today to mark this shameful anniversary and help take on Ron Johnson, Lauren Boebert and their friends who helped inspire and give cover to an insurrection? 

 

For anyone who cares about the future of our democratic republic, and I know you do, the work we do this year could not be more important.
