At this time last year, Congress was meeting to solidify the election of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. We think you know what happened next…

We remember that day so clearly. We were all so excited to *officially* have a much-needed change in leadership; our team at Her Bold Move was celebrating the fact that the first woman and first person of color would soon be sworn in as our Vice President. But as you know, violent insurrectionists had a different plan.

Insurrectionists – and actual lawmakers within the GOP – attempted to overturn the 2020 presidential results. And the attacks on our democracy have not slowed since that day.

Republicans in almost every state across the nation have continued the legacy of January 6, 2020 by working to reverse voting rights and silence voters.
