John,

One year ago today, January 6, 2021, was a dark day in American history.

After spending months falsely claiming victory in the 2020 presidential election, Donald Trump summoned his supporters to Washington, D.C., to protest the results of an entirely free and fair election. He told the mob to storm the U.S. Capitol. He told them to fight. And as they smashed windows, desecrated our nation’s Capitol, assaulted law enforcement officers, and threatened lawmakers’ lives, Trump said nothing.

As the details of that horrific day have come to light this past year, we have seen that Trump and his GOP Coup Crew, who assisted in organizing and inciting the insurrection, have no regrets.

Here at Fight for Progress, we dedicate our time and effort to holding Trump’s enablers accountable. We plan to work tirelessly until every Trump-supporting insurrectionist is out of office. We know it won’t be easy, but we’re in it for the long haul.

If you’re with us, contribute now to take on each and every one of these traitors.
