Speakers: Adam Ingols is a government relations and energy policy expert with extensive experience in the legislative and executive branches of government. This includes his work for the Speaker of the House, White House, and at the Department of Energy, where he handled issues ranging from fossil and renewable fuels policy to civilian and military nuclear matters. Scott Segal is head of the Policy Resolution Group and founder of the strategic communications practice at Bracewell. He has more than two decades of experience across a broad range of policy and communications issues, with particular experience dealing with energy, the environment, and natural resources. Lesley Clark is a reporter covering the emerging field of climate law for E&E’s Climatewire. She previously focused on energy, politics, the White House and the Department of Energy at E&E's Energywire. She began her career covering business issues at the Orlando Sentinel and then state government and politics at the Miami Herald. Justin Worland is a senior correspondent at TIME, covering climate change and the intersection of policy, politics, and society.
