Our democracy faced a grave threat on January 6th, 2021.

A year ago today, my opponent and hundreds of other insurrectionists were at the Capitol causing chaos while we watched in horror.

Thankfully, the results of the 2020 election were rightfully upheld. Our democracy survived.

But we can’t risk that kind of threat again. My opponent has already shown that he does not care about our laws, our institutions, or our way of life. Who knows what kind of damage he would do if he’s elected to the same legislative body that came under attack on this day last year?

I know what our democracy means to us. I’ve been working hard for our region and our country for years, and I promise to continue that effort if I’m elected to represent WI-03.

But we have to get past my Capitol Insurrectionist opponent first. He came within a few votes of winning in 2020, and he has already built a sizable war chest for this year’s race. I’ll need all the help I can get to beat him. It will take all of us.
