One year ago today, a mob of insurrectionists gathered by Trump – and fueled by lies from Republicans at every level – stormed the Capitol building. Just hours later, 147 Republicans voted to overturn the election results and the people’s will.

Every day since then, our Democratic House majority has been hard at work trying to uncover the entire truth of what happened that day. Republicans, however, are doing all that they can to block our progress every step of the way.

We need to hold those responsible for the insurrection accountable for their actions. We deserve to know the truth.
