Help us hold insurrectionists accountable for the Jan. 6 Capitol attack »
John -- A year ago today, white supremacists and right-wing ideologues vandalized and burglarized the Capitol in an attempt to undemocratically overturn the fairly-won presidential election.
Now, the Democratically-controlled House is investigating the attempted insurrection, as well as folks with possible ties to the actions of the day like Steve Bannon and Michael Flynn.
But if Republicans gerrymander their way to taking back the House, they can shut down this necessary investigation.
Ending gerrymandering is one of the most important things we can do to shore up our democracy. It’s why we’ve spent more than $1 million pressuring Congress to pass the Freedom to Vote Act before the midterm elections.
On Monday, Senate Majority Leader Schumer said he may consider and debate changes to Senate rules this month, so the bill won’t be held hostage by Republicans abusing a Jim Crow relic!
Will you pitch in $35 right now to help us pass this bill? That’s just a little less than $3 for every month that Republicans who enabled the insurrection have gone with little to no accountability.

Former President Trump is rightfully no longer in office -- but the right-wing senators, representatives, political operatives, and enablers who helped spread falsehoods about the election and launch unsubstantiated legal challenges to the election results have yet to face the consequences for their actions.
In the aftermath of the attempted insurrection, All On The Line asked supporters like you to sign our petitions for accountability and provided online tools to contact your representatives so they can take action to protect our democracy.
That accountability is now happening. And as long as the maps are fair, the GOP will be unable to undemocratically gain a majority and end this investigation prematurely. But if Republicans get away with their gerrymanders, history tells us they could once again deny accountability and shirk responsibility.
One way you can help ensure the House can continue its investigation is by supporting All On The Line.
We need to hold insurrectionists accountable. We need to end gerrymandering. We need to defend our fragile democracy, but we need your help.
Can I count on you to make a donation to All On The Line right now?
Thanks,
Biz
