John, happy New Year!

I hope you could take some time to celebrate the past year and all we accomplished together – from passing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, a historic investment in roads, bridges, public transportation, and clean air and water, to delivering relief to families with the American Rescue Plan.

But you and I both know that our work together is far from over. I put together my top New Year’s resolutions, and I wanted to reach out to share them with you:

* Pass the Build Back Better Act
* Deliver a pathway to citizenship for all 11 million undocumented immigrants
* Cancel student debt 
* Protect workers' rights 
* Advance environmental justice
* Increase affordable housing 
* Secure Medicare for All

In 2022, I’m going to fight every day to pass the policies that immigrants, working families, and our diverse communities deserve and need. But even as the years change, one thing stays the same: I can’t win these fights without you.
