Now that we're a few days into 2022, I want to take a moment to say thank you for all of your support last year.

2021 began with the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. On the heels of historic wins in Georgia that gave Democrats the Senate majority, we watched an attempted coup threaten the foundation of our democracy itself as the pandemic raged.

While it was a time of great uncertainty, our Democratic majority would not be discouraged or deterred. We immediately got to work to pass legislation to put 200 million shots in arms, reopen 99% of schools, cut child poverty in half, deliver critical relief to small businesses, and provide $1 trillion in infrastructure funding to rebuild our crumbling roads and bridges. None of that would have been possible without the support of people like you.

As the new year begins, my colleagues and I are working to pass transformational legislation that will create millions of new jobs, lower costs for working families, protect your voting rights, and defend our democracy. But we can't do it on our own.

That's why I was so thankful last week to see people like you chipped in whatever they could to help our team support candidates who will defend our democracy and help continue to move our Nation forward.

The midterm elections are just eleven months away, and there is much work ahead to ensure that we can defend and expand our Senate majority this November. With your continued support, I know that we can win. Thank you for being a part of our team.
