Over and over again over the past year, the Republican Party has reaffirmed its allegiance to Donald Trump's authoritarian propaganda campaign to undermine democracy and install himself as a dictator.
John, a year after January 6th, 2021, we find ourselves in very dangerous times. That's why Our Revolution is working with our allies to organize against Trump's most loyal bootlicking supporters in the House and Senate.
By voting en-masse against even the idea of a January 6th commission, Republicans have made it clear that they see nothing wrong with a violent coup to overthrow democracy. Meanwhile, spineless corporate Democrats like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are preventing Democrats from taking action to protect voting rights and stop another violent attack.
If they are willing to defend a violent insurrection based on known lies, there is no limit to what they will be ready to do if they regain power. That's why we must take action now.
