John – After constant grassroots pressure against Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, the USPS thankfully made it through the holiday season with improved on-time deliveries and minimal delays.

But our Postal Service won't truly be safe from further cuts and delays until DeJoy – one of the few remaining vestiges of Trump's corrupt and incompetent administration – is finally gone.

That day can't come soon enough for rural Americans who rely on the Postal Service nor for the millions of Americans counting on the USPS for medications, critical services and more. Here in Iowa, Democrat Abby Finkenauer knows exactly how important the USPS and our postal workers are to rural communities.

After the terrible derecho hit Iowa in 2020, Abby spoke to her postal worker, Tony, while he was still covering his route amidst downed trees and power lines. He told Abby about a woman on his route who broke down when he delivered her insulin. She didn't have a generator or any way to keep it cold – so Tony went home and brought her his.

Abby understands that we need to keep improving and EXPAND – not shrink – the Postal Service, and that starts with firing Louis DeJoy.

Grassroots action from people like you is working, but Abby needs your help to keep the pressure up. Please, will you respond to her live poll before 11:59 p.m. tonight to make your voice heard? She still needs another 2,398 people to speak up.

Every response gets us one step closer to showing DeJoy the door and protecting the USPS, so please let us know:

Do you think it's time to fire Louis DeJoy?
