Charge Conference Reminder

This is a reminder that the Gateway Regional charge conferences are proceeding as scheduled this month.

  • Sunday, January 9 from 2:00pm-3:30pm - Memorial UMC in Farmington

  • Saturday, January 15 from 9:30am-11:00am - Hermann UMC

  • Sunday, January 16 from 2:00pm-3:30pm - SunRise UMC

If you don't know which location your church is signed up at, please click the Sign Up button below to view the schedule. A few things to know before you go:

  1. We will be following COVID safety protocols and masks will be required. If you do not have one, we will have extras on hand for you.

  2. Each attendee must have a copy of their church's charge conference forms to vote on. We will not be providing those.

  3. Each church must designate a person to take the minutes. Click Here for a copy of the minutes form. We will also have extras on hand should you forget to download and bring yours. Each attendee from your church should sign the back of the minutes form and that will count as your attendance record. You can leave the form on the table when you leave.
