For the last few months, my team and I have been searching for the right person to join me on this journey to build a more equitable Maryland as my partner on this ticket. We set out looking for someone with bold, progressive ideas and a love for this great state. And, friend, I’m proud to say that we found her and today I am sharing that news with you.

Joining this ticket to become Maryland’s next Lieutenant Governor is Michelle Siri! Michelle is coming to us with experience as a former Assistant Attorney General of Maryland, Board President of Maryland Planned Parenthood, and Executive Director of the Women’s Law Center of Maryland. A graduate of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, Michelle is a proud Marylander raising her family in Baltimore County, and I am proud to have her join the team.

From her work as an Assistant Attorney General to her legislative advocacy experience, Michelle has been a leader in the fight to create a more equitable Maryland and has been crucial in the fight to raise the minimum wage, pass pay equity laws, and ensure a women's right to abortion care is never infringed.
