Right when the first cases of the omicron variant were emerging in the U.S., Jim Jordan had the bright idea to tweet this:

Maybe having been in Washington for 15 years, he’s lost touch with Real America. Here’s how we’re faring in Ohio by the numbers:

Cases of Covid-19: 2.09M
Deaths: 29,674

There have been 1,431 cases and 372 deaths in his home county alone… and our local hospitals are reporting record hospitalizations right now.

Maybe Jim Jordan doesn’t run into families who’ve lost loved ones to COVID on his way to Fox News interviews… but he ought to look them in the eye and tell them everyone else is done caring about this virus.

It’s heartless and cruel. And we deserve better.
