House Speaker Pelosi and President Biden used to call it the “For the People Act” (HR1/S1); but no matter how many times they try to change the name, it’s really the FOR THE LEFT ACT.
It enshrines into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections – forcing states to mail out ballots to all residents, banning states from implementing any voter ID measures, and legalizing ballot harvesting – inviting fraud.
It takes the election process out of the states’ control and centralizes it in Washington, D.C. – a direct violation of the Constitution.
It would also UNDO the victory we won against the Obama-Biden IRS and weaponize the IRS to once again target conservatives.
