Connecticut Democrats won big last night, John! Our hard work getting out the vote for this year’s candidates resulted in some major wins.

Thanks to your support last night we...

• Flipped 12 top seats in places like Madison and Colchester
• Won legislative majorities in Republican towns like Norwich and Derby
• Won super majorities in five Connecticut towns
• Swept the board in Westport
• Won by double-digits in Litchfield — which was once Trump territory!

On behalf of our entire team here at CT Dems HQ, thank you to every Democratic candidate who stepped up and ran this year, and thank you to the activists, volunteers, and town committee chairs and members who participated in the political process this year.

None of these accomplishments would be possible without your support, John!

But we are far from finished. With 2019’s municipal elections behind us, it’s time to celebrate what we’ve accomplished then commit to going even further in 2020.

If Democrats continue organizing and supporting each other, there’s no doubt in my mind that 2020 will be a historic year for our state and our country.
