Martín Batalla Vidal is an outspoken activist, an invaluable member of his community in New York, and a DACA recipient — and his #HomeIsHere. On the same day in 2017 that Trump launched his attack on DACA, Martín sued to stop him. Next week, he and other courageous plaintiffs in McAleenan v. Vidal and other DACA cases are taking the fight to defend DACA to the U.S. Supreme Court.
