On Monday, Elizabeth May announced that she will be stepping down as our leader. 

The Green Party has serious momentum after a historic election and an impressive breakthrough in Atlantic Canada. Elizabeth has decided to pass the torch while support and interest in our movement are at all-time highs. Together we’re looking forward to fresh ideas and new voices in Green leadership.

We are so grateful for Elizabeth’s vision, dedication and hard work. Under her leadership, we have grown from a small group of grassroots activists to the powerful, political contender we are today. We doubled our vote, we elected a caucus of Greens and we made major gains across the country. 

That’s all thanks to Elizabeth’s advocacy and passion.

Greens from coast to coast to coast are reaching out to thank Elizabeth for her hard work. Add your voice. Write your  personal message of thanks so we can show her just how much we appreciate her years of honest, ethical, caring leadership.
