We set a big, ambitious goal to raise $50,000 at the end of 2021 to fuel our work in 2022. And we are thrilled to report back that we met our goal! Thanks to our supporters, we raised $50,190 — which a generous donor tripled to $150,570. Every penny will support our work in 2022.

We knew we could do it, because over this past year we saw over and over again how much people like you stepped up to keep our movement strong. Thank you so much for your support.

This is a really exciting time for Free Press, and for all of us. There’s more political support for positive change in Washington, D.C., than at any other time since our founding. We have a brief but real window to accomplish a long list of priorities that include regulating Big Tech, fighting disinformation, nurturing local journalism, and ensuring high-speed internet is affordable and accessible for all.

It’s a long to-do list, but we are confident that with such committed supporters like you at our side, we will be unstoppable.
