John, Throughout the 2020 campaign, Joe Biden demagogued Donald Trump over COVID, blaming Trump for COVID cases while promising that he would “shut down the virus.” But just recently, his tune changed after seeing his playbook of mandates and restrictions is failing. Incredibly, Joe Biden told governors from across the country that there “is no federal solution to COVID” and it is now “up to the states to figure things out.” What a difference a year makes, John.
