ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — On Tuesday, Supervisor Andrew Do endorsed Brian Maryott and released the following statement:

"
I am proud to support Brian Maryott because I know he will always have integrity and lead by example while serving us in Congress. Because of his unique mix of experience in government, and his extensive track record in the private sector, Brian will have the ability to get results and improve this country for our children and future generations. He has my full support."

Brian Maryott responded, "Andrew has experience working with nearly everyone in Orange County, making his support that much more meaningful. I have great respect for his work ethic and they way he continuously advocates for taxpayers, law enforcement, and working class families. We are very proud to have Supervisor Do on Team Maryott."

During the Fall of Saigon, Andrew Do and his family fled Vietnam with just the clothes on their back and a suitcase full of dictionaries. Chairman Do grew up in Garden Grove before attending the University of California at Davis for his undergraduate degree and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Chairman Do previously served as a Garden Grove City Councilmember and Orange County Deputy District Attorney where he prosecuted violent criminals and sex offenders.
