John,

JUST HOURS AGO, we filed a critical reply brief at the Supreme Court in our lawsuit against President Biden’s power grab.

The Supreme Court set oral argument for Friday. This case is moving lightning fast.

This is a MASSIVE case. President Biden’s vaccine mandate power grab is an affront to the Constitution itself, the separation of powers, and our liberty – and is an unworkable nightmare for both employers and employees alike.

We know what the radical Left does when it takes more unbridled power. Imagine what they could try next. We’re your last line of defense at the Supreme Court.

Here’s where we stand. We filed our lawsuit on behalf of The Heritage Foundation and filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court ordered the Biden Administration to respond by Dec. 30th and ordered oral argument for Jan. 7th. We JUST filed our final brief at the Supreme Court hours ago, but the mandate goes into effect TODAY.

We’re working around the clock to defend the Constitution. As we battle the Biden Administration’s limitless resources at the Supreme Court to defend the Constitution, we need YOU.

P.S. I want to personally thank you. Because of your support, we not only met but exceeded our year-end goal. Your incredible generosity last year allowed us to take on some of the biggest challenges we’ve ever faced. Together, we are needed now more than ever to face the challenges ahead. Thank you.
