Friend,
Just over one year ago (one year and two days to be exact), I took the Oath of Office to serve the constituents of Georiga’s Seventh Congressional District.
And every day since, I have been so grateful for the input I have received from constituents and supporters. My first bill, the PPP Extension Act, originated from a text exchange with a local theatre owner in Lawrenceville struggling to make it through the pandemic. My fight to provide affordable healthcare comes from the countless stories I have collected on the campaign trail. Every story of adversity reminds me of the oath I took to serve my neighbors and learn from those around me. You, team, have helped me deliver real results for our communities in Congress.
So I would be remiss if I did not ask for your feedback before I return to Washington next week >>>
MIDTERM ELECTION-YEAR PRIORITIES SURVEY
FOR: [email protected]
STATUS: PENDING >>>
Whether I am working in our district or in Washington, please know I always have you on my mind.
From fighting to expand Medicaid and lower the cost of prescription drugs, to passing the bipartisan infrastructure bill to help reduce congestion and tackle climate change, to my strong support for voting rights and on-going efforts to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act– delivering for our country, for Georgia and for the diverse communities of Georgia’s 7th district is always my top priority.
Now, as I head to Washington for the first time in this critical election year, I know you must have a lot on your mind.
So please, take my Midterm Election-Year Priority Survey and share with me the issues you want to see addressed and the ideas you have for the future of our district. ?>
With my deepest gratitude,
Carolyn
