The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign is:
- Anti-Israel. It discriminates against the Jewish state and targets its right to exist.
- Anti-Peace. It undermines the prospects for peace and decreases the incentive for the parties to negotiate.
- Damaging to U.S. Interests. It isolates an ally that promotes stability, security, shared values and prosperity. The House of Representatives will vote on a bipartisan resolution to oppose BDS (

TALKING POINTS
- The bipartisan resolution puts Congress on the record in opposition to the global BDS campaign targeting Israel and all efforts to delegitimize the Jewish state.

- The resolution reiterates congressional support for direct negotiations leading to a two-state solution, not efforts to bypass talks and use boycotts and other coercive measures.

- The resolution supports efforts to counter boycotts through enhanced government-wide, coordinated U.S.-Israel scientific and technological cooperation.
