Twitter bans Marjorie Taylor Greene's personal account over COVID misinformation

Twitter has permanently suspended the personal account of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for "repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation policy."

On Saturday, the Georgia Congresswoman tweeted a thread criticizing the efforts of heroic health officials who are trying their best to prevent deaths and the further spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s response? She claimed Twitter was an “enemy to America and can’t handle the truth.”
