The fight against climate change is going to take the collective action of all of us. Everything from carbon reduction to carbon capture, and improved efficiencies needs to be explored, as does managing the impact with coastal resiliencies.



From my bill promoting electric vehicle charging, to work on brownfield-to-brightfields solar installations, and resiliency efforts for Tampa Bay I have made a priority of focusing on the threat of climate change.



That’s why I’m proud to co-sponsor HB201, by Rep. Daley, which will help Floridians save when switching to Energy Star appliances.

There’s no way around it, switching to more efficient appliances, solar panels, and electric vehicles is sometimes pricey. HB201 makes this more affordable with a sales tax holiday on Energy Star appliances.
