John — I wanted to reach out to you personally to say thank you.

I am so grateful that you are part of this team. Whether you’ve pitched in a few bucks, signed a petition, or just shared your thoughts with us, your contribution to this movement means the world.

As we enter 2022, we’re facing the greatest threat to democracy we’ve seen in our lifetimes.

Before a single vote was cast in the 2020 election, Donald Trump and his allies began peddling lies, spreading conspiracy theories, and filing frivolous lawsuits in an attempt to make it harder to vote and subvert the will of the American people. In Pennsylvania alone, they sued us dozens of times – before and after the 2020 election. But as your Attorney General, I stood up to those lies. I fought back, and I won.

But this fight is far from over. Even now, the Pennsylvania GOP is conducting a sham election “audit” to promote Trump’s Big Lie — and use it as a pretext for restricting voting rights.

We need some truth-telling in Pennsylvania right now. And we need leaders who aren’t afraid to stand up for what’s right. Leaders who are willing to take on the big fights and can deliver real results. That’s what I’ve always done – and I’ll keep doing that if I have the honor of serving as your Governor.

And by being a part of this team, you’re delivering real results too, John.

You are speaking truth, taking action, and — most importantly — you are organizing for the future here in Pennsylvania.

So thank you for being in this fight alongside me — and as long as I’m serving the good people of Pennsylvania, I will always stand with you to defend our democracy.
