Lawson Products will merge with two companies owned by LKCM Headwater Investments, a subsidiary of Luther King Capital Management, in a deal that will give LKCM Headwater Investments a majority ownership in Lawson. Michael DeCata will remain CEO of Lawson, while management will be retained for the other companies, TestEquity and Gexpro.
